Description

The default insets for JMenuItem are too large in the vertical direction on the Windows Look & Feel, compared to those of native applications (e.g. Notepad). This max menus unnecessarily tall, and taller than those of native applications with the same number of items.

I'll submit a screenshot and a pull request fixing this shortly.
