[NETBEANS-121] Remove "Enterprise" section from the website

Description

It seems while reviewing the site, that the "Enterprise" section of the NetBeans website does not make much sense at Apache, at least to me wadechandler. I feel we should just remove it; it seems superfluous with marketing info that doesn't feel natural. This ticket is to track that work, but too, to reference in discussions with others.
