Description

1. Select Options from the Tools menu.
2. Select Miscellaneous.
3. Go to the Diff tab.

ACTUAL:
Both "Internal Diff" and "External Diff" radio buttons are absence

EXPECTED:
"Internal Diff" and "External Diff" radio buttons are presented
