[NETBEANS-1048] Long Product Information displays the end of text in About box

Description

The product information displayed in About box may be long enough to flow out of the fixed-size box. The end of the text is displayed, as the caret in the edit area is positioned at the end of the inserted text.

IMHO it would be more appropriate to display start of the text, that typically contains product name, trademarks etc.
