Description
The NodeManager main(...) function is trivial. We could easily implement this in LaunchTasks(...) on the executor, it would make passing configs to the NodeManager very easy and give access to NodeManager methods which might make killing tasks nicer.
I'm not claiming this is a good idea, I got it while looking at the Hadoop 1.X framework and seeing how they launched tasks. Is there a good reason not to do this?
