Description
Hello.
I cannot launch project via vagrant file.

It seems version 2.7.0 are not exists in 'http://apache.osuosl.org/hadoop/common/'. There are 2.7.4, 2.8.0, etc. but no 2.7.0.
How about changing hadoop version?
