Description

• Changed YarnNodeCapacityManager to only handle capacity related operations.
• Moved rest of the functionalities into following classes:
  1. OfferFeed: Queues up offers.
  2. OfferLifecycleManager: Manages offers that have been consumed by Myriad.
  2. NMHeartBeatHandler: Handles NM heart beat.
  3. NodeStore: Tracks the nodes that are part of Myriad.
