Description

Need a set of helper functions that makes it easy to create new packages in your local repository, without having to manually copy them.

A couple of templates should be bundled with newt:

• library
• app
• bsp

And you should be able to use a command like:

$ newt pkg new --type lib libs/my_new_lib

And have it automatically create a new library.
