JspStateManagerImpl.checkForDuplicateIds breaks dataScroller component

    Description

      A javax.faces.FacesException is thrown if duplicate Id´s are detected by the JspStateManagerImpl.checkForDuplicateIds().
      However, this breaks the dataScroller component when a paginator with graphic images is used. (such as in the Data Scroller example (in simple.war)
