Description

There was an oversight in MYFACES-4561, where multi-app startup was not considered (same faces libraries used for multiple apps).  This causes the static boolean LOG_WEB_CONTEXT_PARAM to potential be overridden, and the logging doesn't occur for an app when it was expected to.
