[MYFACES-4025] Incorrect JS content-type

Description

We maintain some HtmlUnit tests, and I noticed that with MyFaces we've been getting these messages:

Obsolete content type encountered: 'application/x-javascript'.

We certainly don't want to be using 'application/x-javascript', since that's a very outdated type. Convention, and our own code, suggests that we should be using the 'text/javascript' MIME type. This is a fairly trivial change.
