Description

This is one of the most important changes done in JSF 2.1 spec. The description is on JSF 2.1 spec sections:

• Appendix A 1.2 Required Handling of *-extension elements in the application configuration resources files
• Section 10.3.2 Facelet Tag Library mechanism

This is not going to be easy.
