[MYFACES-2530] ActionSourceRule does not deal with jsf 1.1 ActionSouce instances

Description

The code dealing with this was removed, but could be custom component instances extending from ActionSource instead ActionSource2, so to keep them compatible it is better to rollback the previous code (without the check el stuff).
