[MYFACES-2387] component state not being restored when ValueChangeListener is attached

Description

When attaching a ValueChangeListener to a component in a JSF 2.0 application with partial state saving enabled, the state of the component is not being restored properly. On a second, third, etc postback, the before value is always reverting to the original value, either the components value field or null if the value field is not set.

I've discussed with Leonardo on the mailing list and he has volunteered to investigate (Thanks Leonardo). Will attach a simple testcase war to reproduce.
