[MYFACES-2175] autogenerated client id is generating duplicat ids. Client-id : <<autogenerated id>> is duplicated in the faces tree.

Description

Loading a page initially is working fine, but if loading the same page from either by clicking on a link on the page or returning back from another page. will give the following error.
com.sun.facelets.FaceletViewHandler handleRenderException
SEVERE: Error Rendering View[<<pagepath>>]

java.lang.IllegalStateException: Client-id: <<autogenerated id>>.
