[MYFACES-170] Missing myfaces-wap.jar in the myfaces-wap-example.war (1.0.9 RC3)

Description

Hi,
I have tested myfaces-wap-example.war and I have found two problems:

1. There is missing library myfaces-wap.jar in WEB-INF/lib

2. There is a subdirectory "web" in the war. It's problem. All files from this directory must be in a "root" of the archive.
