[MYFACES-1198] Navigation mechanism with redirect

Description

Using the navigation mechanism with redirect disables the following important functionallity:
1) Passing parameters between pages (with param tag).
2) When navigating from page 1 to page 2, messages are not shown on page 2.

These featurs do not work because the nature of redirect, which actually generates a new request (unlike forward).
