Description

maven-wrapper-plugin has been written to install script distribution by default, which leads the user to download maven-wrapper.jar when launching mvnw

to match previous Takari plugin behaviour, switching to binray distribution will avoid that: user wll decide to add maven-wrapper.jar to source control or not
