Ignoring nonProxyHosts during deployment

    Description

      Deployment ignores Maven's nonProxyHosts value. If a proxy is active, deploys from one server within the proxy to another server within the proxy will use the proxy, even if the target server is in the nonProxyHosts. If the target server is localhost, the proxy will likely return an error.
