ITs fail due to unexpected EOL characters when building release sources from the ZIP

    Description

      If you make the release vote, you use the source release ZIP built by Linux and you run the project build on Windows then you will see this issue when the ITs run:

      The attachment contains the post-build result without local repo in target dir.
