Description

The default skin has the copyright notice on the right-hand side of the screen. This has unfortunately changed in fluido skin.

Add a <copyrightPosition> element to site.xml/custom/fluidoSkin with left or right as values.

IMHO default should be as in default skin.

If current state will be retained, the right position has to be added to this line. Swap class="row span12" to class="pull-right".
