If you have no <body> you get error on rendering

    Description

      If you have a single project and you doesnt define a body element in site.xml you get the following error:

      [ERROR] Left side ($decoration.body.links.size()) of '>' operation has null value. Operation not possible. META-INF/maven/site.vm [line 842, column 67]
