Description

On the Doxia site (trunk) we have a menu item:

<item name="Issues &amp; Gotchas" href="issues/index.html"/>

which ends up as

    <li class="none">
        <strong>Issues & Gotchas</strong>
    </li>

ie the ampersand gets un-escaped, making the xhtml invalid.
