[MSKINS-205] CSS shall only apply to <p> and <dt> if they are immediate children of <section>

Description

As a followup to MSKINS-197: <p> and <dt> can appear not only right after a section, but also in tables, etc. which means that the margin is applied as well. In those cases it does not make sense. So we need direct descendancy.
