Allow configuration of Matomo below custom->fluido

    Description

      Currently the Matomo configuration (introduced with MSKINS-177) is the only configuration which is not supposed to be added below elements custom->fluido but directly below custom (https://maven.apache.org/skins/maven-fluido-skin/). This is confusing and not very consistent. IMHO all settings which are specific to one skin should be below custom->fluido similar to other web analytics solutions are configured like Piwik and Google Analytics.
