[MSITE-760] when using templateFile, skin is downloaded and info message "Rendering site with skin"

Documentations says that templateFile parameter just disables skin evaluation: should be feasible to avoid the download (and requirement that skin exists)

and of course, info message should be more clear since it is currently completely misleading
