Surefire tests through Cobertura fail when site-deploy is called during release:deploy

    Description

      While releasing the sql-maven-plugin-1.5 I hit this problem.

      There's a chain of plugins being called, but it seems likely that the maven-site-plugin is the weakest link.

      I've managed to work around this issue:
      go to target/checkout and call mvn site-deploy
