Hi

My projects inherits distribution management configuration from parent pom. So

{artifactId}

is automatically append to the deployment location distributionManagement/site/url.

I would like to have site:deploy goal parameter where I will be able to configure how the effective deployment location will be defined. For example: ${project.artifactId}-${project.version}. I have an requirement to deploy one site per one project version, and now the distributionManagement configuration must be defined in all projects instead of one central definition in parent pom

It can be valuable feature.
