Description

Add a flag to the ArtifactIncludeFilterTransformer for the actTransitivily flag as used by both PatternIncludesArtifactFilter and PatternExcludesArtifactFilter. If a pattern doesn't match with the id of the artifact, it will go through the dependencyTrail to try and match the pattern.
