org.apache.maven.shared.repository.DefaultRepositoryAssembler#findCentralRepository does not understand mirrors

    Description

      The method should search getMirroredRepositories() for mirrors too. Unfortunately this method appeared in 3.0.3, so we need to establish a new minimum to fix this
