[MSHADE-438] Update to Maven 3.2.5

Description

Up the baseline as for rest of ASF plugins, and this involves:

• drop use of MAT
• drop use of archaic constructs

Also update MSHADE-340 IT: it used somewhat awkward construct for maven-jar-plugin (result was it is invoked twice, already warned about it), but Maven 3.9.0 user maven-jar-plugin 3.1.0, that explicitly forbids this, see MJAR-198. Maven 3.8.x uses maven-jar-plugin 2.4, that does NOT does this.
