Add validatehierarchy property for JCR to avoid corruption of metadata store

    Description

      We should add the property:
      org.apache.jackrabbit.core.state.validatehierarchy=true
      for the JCR metadata store.

      I think some failures on the build servers are caused by corrupted JCR metadata.
      And there are tickets that indicate corrupted data.
