Description

We have the requirement to send a customized User-Agent header with the HTTP-Requests for remote proxy.
Business Case: A proxy is configured for internet access from internal network. The policy of the web proxy denies requests with certain User-Agent-Header.

Unfortunately the User-Agent string that archiva uses is hard coded and cannot be customized.

Will provide a pull request via github for further discussion.
