DirectoryUtils should consider interpolation

    Description

      As currently it cannot be interpolated, and it applies this logic:

      • if "relative path" it resolves against local repo
      • if "absolute path" it resolves against path

      what would be ideal to introduce somehow 3rd case:

      • resolve against local repo
      • resolve against maven.multiModuleProjectDirectory
      • resolve against absolute path

      As new 2nd option would allow to check in filter config along with sources.
