Replace Google Analytics with ASF Matomo

    Description

      While GA is still allowed according to the ASF Privacy Policy, there's now an ASF Matomo instance.

      • Matomo doesn't track full IPs, doesn't track sessions after closing the browser, etc.
      • Additionally, GA is already illegal in some countries,, like France.

      Let's replace the GA code with Matomo.
