Description

AbstractMojoTestCase#lookupConfiguredMojo incorrectly merges plugin parameter configuration defined in mojos with configuration in pom.xml. As a result, pom.xml configuration is ignored in some cases. I've attached a small standalone project to demonstrate the problem.
