Major Description
Although the module for a javadoc code reference is looked up (if not explicitly given by the javadoc reference), it is afterwards not being considered when the URL is calculated (last argument of https://github.com/apache/maven-plugin-tools/blob/511d287352836a4dc52227b61208536af5feaded/maven-plugin-tools-api/src/main/java/org/apache/maven/tools/plugin/javadoc/JavadocSite.java#L309 is just disregarded)
