@Parameter property names are not written to the plugin-help.xml file

    Description

      The generated HelpMojo fails to show user parameter names if the Mojo is generated from Java 5 annotations.

      This appears to be because the plugin-help.xml file does not include the information. HelpMojo.java is expecting to find an "expression" tag.
