Plugin report does not work for MOJOs inheriting from other MOJOs

    Description

      We are developing our own set of plugins. We have a base plugin bundling common functionality for reuse in concrete plugins. For this we use the maven-inherit-plugin working without any problems.

      When it comes to report generation however, MOJOs inheriting from a MOJO of the base plugin have only empty reports, e.g. no parameters etc. These inheriting MOJOs themselves work fine packaged in a plugin, only the report generation does not work.
