Description

Right now the target package is calculated based on the number of mojo's inside a package (most wins).
I've got several mojo defided over some subpackages, so I'd like prefer their parent-package to be the package for the helpmojo.
So in i'd like the longest shared package to be used, but this might break BC, so an option might be better.
