Description

The plugin home page https://maven.apache.org/enforcer/maven-enforcer-plugin/ has a "Goals" link in the sidebar on the left.

The link currently points to https://maven.apache.org/enforcer/maven-enforcer-plugin/plugin-info.html which gives a "Page Not Found".

The same happens when clicking on the "enforcer:enforce" link on the home page:
https://maven.apache.org/enforcer/maven-enforcer-plugin/enforce-mojo.html
