Incorrect doc for using internal repo

      On page: https://maven.apache.org/guides/introduction/introduction-to-repositories.html#internal-repositories

      It suggests that internal repositories can be set up using http, but this no longer works. These are blocked due to MNG-7118. Documentation should explain how to continue to allow access to internal repositories that do not use https.
