Option -B still showing formatting when used with --version

      Description

      When running mvn -B --version the first line ('Apache Maven 3.6.3') is written in bold although the option -B should have stripped that as it does with color in combination with other options.

      This causes an issue when logging to a file as the ASCII escape sequence is written to it in plain text (causing confusion).
