[MNG-6714] Broken build with 3 failed ITs in master

Description

Now the build fails stable with those three ITs we already know (resolver 1.3.3), namely: 4590, 4747, 0553. (JDK 8 and 11)

The ITs in previous builds were unstable (resolver 1.4.0):
build #239: 3703, 3599, 4034, 4304, 4786, 5898, MavenITBootstrapTest#testBootstrap. (JDK 12)
build #237: 4590, 4747, 0553. (JDK 11)
build #236: 3599, 4991, MavenITBootstrapTest#testBootstrap. (JDK 8 and 11)
