Description

I have in project duplicate transitive dependency with provided and runtime scopes (from different direct dependencies).

Now the final scope of such dependency are resolved to runtime.

I sure that resolved scope should be compile because by provided scope the dependency MUST be in compile classpath and by runtime scope the dependency MUST be in runtime
