Description

There are quite a number of artifacts that reference no-deps artifacts which pull in undesired content. I usually exclude these in dependencyManagment sections, but manually add artifacts that provide the excluded nodeps content. The problem is, that if someone in the company uses the library for which I have excluded the no-deps artifacts will probably not know about this and not manually add the missing artifacts. Therefore it would be great if the dependencyManagment section would allow not only "excludes" but "includes" that would allow to auto-include dependencies if a given artifact is used.
