Removing par lifecycle from default life cycle bindings

    Description

      Currently we have a default life cycle binding for par. I think it does not make sense, cause we don't have a maven-par-plugin in contradiction that this plugin is mentioned in the life cycle binding.

      If you like to use a par module this can be handled with the maven-ear-plugin where it belong.
