The model reader/writer used inside DefaultMavenProjectBuilder need to be components

    Description

      Currently the model reader/writer being used are the ones generated by Modello but we need a small wrapper around these to make them components so that we can use the standard plexus component assembly to pull in the version of reader/writer we want to use. This will come into play when we start reading/writing different versions of the model.
