Description

Users should have the ability to include XML files in pom files. Ex: If I have execution blocks in a seperate xml file ex: <executions><execution>.....</execution></executions>

In the main pom file I just want to include the xml file in the same folder.. This will reduce the size of the pom file and also automation.
