Allow to select project for make-like reactor by artifact id

    Description

      Right now, the make-like reactor mode accepts either a relative path or groupId:artifactId to denote the projects to build. As a matter of convenience, selecting projects by only artifact id would reduce the clumsiness of the CLI.
